LUCA didn't start with a product. It started with a conversation, and it's never really stopped. Every ride, every event, every piece of kit we've made has been shaped by the women in this community. They told us what was missing. We built it together.

Every week, women show up in Richmond Park and Regent's Park for LUCA Laps. No pace requirement. No experience needed. Just a ride, a coffee, and the kind of company that makes you want to come back next week. It started small. It keeps growing. Because when you build something that genuinely welcomes people, they show up.

LUCA Laps is just the beginning. We run track sessions with Olympic athletes, mechanic workshops, charity rides through the Dolomites, and beginner events designed to make cycling feel accessible to women who've never considered themselves cyclists. Every single thing we do comes back to the same idea, the welcome has to come first.
