What is LUCA Laps?
Every week, women come together for LUCA Laps. Whether it's your first group ride or part of your weekly routine, you'll find a welcoming community, no pressure, and plenty of encouragement along the way.
No pace requirements. No expectations. Just a great ride, good coffee, and the kind of company that keeps people coming back week after week.
Richmond Park

Regent's Park
Meet:
- 7:00am at the car park opposite the London Zoo entrance.
Head out for 6–7 laps of the park (approximately 25–30km), before finishing with coffee and pastries together.
